Gluten-Free Resources

For someone who has determined to go gluten free, whether because they have a gluten intolerance or celiac, the newness of it all can be overwhelming. We started going gluten free back when we determined our son couldn’t handle it.  My husband and daughter partake outside the home, but shared meals for us are 99% gluten free. If they are not, I cook two separate things.  Since that is a pain in the butt, it almost never happens. I categorize all of my recipes and try to clearly indicate how to make them gluten-free in case someone should happen upon them and want to be safe.

 

I also try to cook with as traditional, whole food methods as possible. If that’s not you, that’s ok.  Do what works for you!
